Report your hours online:

RSVP volunteer stations and volunteers are encouraged to report their monthly hours online. Regular hours reporting allows RSVP to track active volunteers and the benefits, such as eligibility to attend the yearly recognition luncheon, that they receive. We report volunteer hours back to the community, the state, and the federal government to demonstrate the impact of our programs. Online reporting simplifies the process for everyone, enabling us all to stay focused on our service to the community.

To report hours online, follow these simple steps:

  • Follow this link to our confidential online reporting service.
  • Enter your username and password. If this is your first time reporting hours online, your username is your full name (if you are a volunteer) or the full name of your organization (if you are a volunteer station) with each word capitalized and no spaces in between (e.g. JaneSmith). Your temporary password is "volunteer."
  • Choose the appropriate volunteer position from the list and enter the appropriate number of hours for the month you are reporting.
  • If you are reporting hours for more than one position or volunteer, be sure to report each set of hours separately.
  • Thank you for reporting your hours online!

Have a question about using the online system? Send us an email or give us a call. We will be happy to help.
