Any person age 55+ who is volunteering or interested in volunteering in Hampshire or Franklin Counties is invited to join RSVP. As an RSVP volunteer you belong to the area’s largest volunteer network for people age 55+.

WHAT DO RSVP VOLUNTEERS DO?
RSVP members volunteer at a wide range of community organizations throughout Hampshire and Franklin Counties. They work to combat hunger, help children excel in school, improve elder health, protect our environment, and strengthen our communities.
There is much work to be done and many local organizations need YOU. Contact us for information about current opportunities to share your time and talents.

RSVP’S SPECIAL INITIATIVES LED BY RSVP VOLUNTEERS:
• Osteoporosis Exercise Program: Low-impact strength training classes for seniors.
• Healthy Eating Project: Live demonstrations on healthy cooking and nutrition.
• Lathrop Literacy Program: One on one work with elementary school students on intergenerational reading and writing projects.
• Experience On Call: Volunteers assist with special one-time community projects on a flexible basis.
