The Hampshire Council of Governments is offering advertising space in our annual Hampshire County local official’s directory. This directory is used by Hampshire County town officials from 20 municipalities, the legislative delegation, media, and local businesses and non-profits reaching out to over 1,000 individuals.

Ads will be placed at the end of a town or city’s listing or at the end of the directory. When ordering, please indicate which town/city you would like to follow if appropriate. If you would like to place two ads, there will be a discount of 10% of the total cost.

The cost to advertise in this publication will be:
7.5” x 4.5” | End of town/city listing: $75 | End of directory: $70
5.0” x 4.5” | End of town/city listing: $50 | End of directory: $45
2.5” x 4.5” | End of town/city listing: $25 | End of directory: $20

Advertisements will be published in black and white. If interested, please submit a .pdf of the advertisement as it will appear and in the appropriate dimensions to lking@hampshirecog.org. Please include the name of your company, contact person, address, and contact information should we have any questions. Orders will be accepted until 3:00 PM Wednesday, October 19, 2011.

A check should be included with the order and made payable to the Hampshire Council of Governments and mailed to the Councilor’s Office, 99 Main Street, Northampton, MA 01060.
