The Hampshire Council Cooperative Purchasing Department coordinates and administers a formal bidding process for goods and services on behalf of Council departments, municipalities, school districts and human service agencies.

We operate on the principle that buying in bulk generates additional savings over lone bidding efforts, eliminates duplication of administrative work, and ensures compliance with state procurement statutes.

We also serve as a resource. Our extensive knowledge of governmental purchasing, combined with our many years of buying experience and our easy access to vendors and state contracts, proves to be an invaluable source for our many members.
